I was born on a MN farm in 1939, at the northern edge of the corn belt.
They now grow corn 100 miles further north. They now grow wheat, rye,
barley, and safflower hundreds of miles further north in Canada. Even
put in rye & potatoes in what had been Yukon permafrost. The same kind
of northern cropland expansion has been going on in Siberia.

The area of cropland expansion is way to wide spread and vast to be
considered a local climate event. If you wanna know the truth about
Global Warming, talk to the people who put THEIR MONEY WHERE THEIR MOUTH
IS. The farmers.
